The disused Devonshire Castle
On the corner of Axminster Road and Tollington Way in Upper Holloway, the Devonshire Castle was an attractive looking pub. It also has an attractive sign which actually resembles Bodiam Castle in East Sussex!

No.8 and No.9 Manor Gardens, Holloway
Two Grade II listed houses.
They were used once by North Islington School for Mothers (a pioneering organisation in voluntary social work in the borough). Now private houses.

Royal Northern Gardens Memorial Wall
This is made from the Casualty department's plaque of the demolished Royal Northern Hospital. This is now a memorial to the 1st World War when over 1300 Islington people died.

Formerly the GPO Money Order Office, latterly converted into apartments. Dates from c.1911, and built to the designs of architects Jasper Wager and John Rutherford of the Office of Works.
