Built for the Prudential Insurance Company's staff of domestic staff, servicing its Holborn headquarters - used later as accommodation for nurses and students, but currently empty and awaiting redevelopment as, unsurprisingly, luxury flats. The main building is linked to No.120 (Slingley) and No.122 (Westview). These two houses are Grade II listed.
