Fire Station Flats
On North Road, once upon a time this was Highgate Fire Station. Originally just a hired room, it was rebuilt to its present form in 1906. After closure, it was converted into flats. The playground in the foreground belongs to St.Michaels Primary School.

The two blocks of flats known as Highpoint I & II in Highgate are Grade I listed buildings. The entrance canopy to Highpoint II are supported by two caryatids.
