Three light engines from Ferme Park Yard passing Harringay West Station
View southward, towards Finsbury Park and King's Cross; ex-Great Northern ECML. The locomotives comprise two Gresley J50 0-6-0T's (Nos. 68921 and 68928) with ex-WD 2-8-0 No. 90653 between them. The trio has come over the flyover from Ferme Park Down Yard and is about to reverse to go into Hornsey Locomotive Depot.

The Royal Train passing Harringay West on its way to York
View southward from the Up Fast platform; ex-Great Northern ECML. Gresley A4 Pacific No. 60028 'Walter K. Whigham', resplendent and with four-lamp headcode heads the Royal Train conveying H.M. the Queen and the Royal Party for the wedding of the Duke of Kent at York Minster. (They didn't trust a Diesel on the Royal Train in those days).

Two coupled express locomotives come Up light-engine through Harringay West station
View northward, down the ex-Great Northern ECML. Long-distance running of unbalanced light engines was common between King's Cross and Grantham. These two are V2 2-6-2 No. 60909 and A3 4-6-2 No. 60105' Victor Wild'. Behind them can be seen the flyover between the Down and Up sides of Ferme Park Yards.
