Organising a Ride
In MacDonald Road a wheelchair user discusses use of the W5 bus service with the driver. I believe he was requesting pick up at the stop around the corner when the bus came out on the next service to Sainsbury's in Harringay. Behind, the old wings of the Whittington Hospital stand tall behind the trees. The W5 was operated by Metroline using 8.8m Dennis Darts - see Image - but the route was recently won under tender by CT Plus and is now operated using Optare Solo vehicles. The Darts have moved on to other Metroline operations (a couple are now at Potters Bar as spares).
