The elegant double fronted building is indeed the home still of J Reid Piano Factory and Outlet. The building contrasts greatly with the Suffolk Road Estate houses on the other side of the road. See my photo 7557771.

The Suffolk Road Estate South Tottenham
This extremely utilitarian development from the 1970's was made much more pleasant about fifteen years ago by the simple addition of areas of stained wood and painted render to parts of each house. The bus stop on St Ann's Road serves only the 67 bus to Wood Green.

St Ann's Library South Tottenham
The library is housed in a rather well proportioned and well designed public building dating I would guess from the 1920's or 1930's in a style called neo-Georgian. This is the view north up Cissbury Road.
