West Green Baptist Church, Tottenham
On West Green Road, near Dorset Road. This building was commissioned by the Rev. George Newenham Watson (1806-1869). Building began in 1864 and from his private means he provided the money to meet the bills as they became due. The total cost was about £2400. Some time in 1865 the Chapel was opened for public worship. Mr Watson carried on his ministry for three-and-a-half years in the new building, and then ill-health compelled him reluctantly to give up. He died on 7th Dec 1869.

Lawrence Works Factory (as was) West Green Road N15
The changing face of the inner city where once light industrial units are repurposed. Lawrence Works is now a kosher supermarket and the building to its right is a Seventh Day Adventist church that also doubles up as a food bank. Between these two buildings in the far distance near the Seven Sisters Road yet another high rise concrete structure goes up.
Under a lovely autumn sky the only traffic at the moment of the shot was a man on a rental bike heading west.

Electricity Substation
An electricity substation in Cornwall Road, N15. The initials indicate that it was originally built by the North Metropolitan Electric Power Supply Company (Northmet), based in Wood Green.
