Entrance to new housing development, Selborne Road, London N14
This new housing development is on the site of what was originally Ridge Motors, a local independent car dealer/garage. Many years ago my father bought his first car there. It has since been a Citroen dealer, but was sold for development.

Selborne Road, London N14
Some of the newer houses in Selborne Road, built near the corner with Cannon Hill, I think in the 1960s. There was a very large house on a big plot on the corner. I believe that Ted Ray, the entertainer, lived there. After it was sold for development several houses were built on the site.

This lovely detached house in Cannon Hill was at risk of demolition and redevelopment. I just hope it is kept as it is.
