Clapboard Cottage, High Street, London N14
Just past the Technical College when travelling from Southgate, we come across some old houses, which have managed to survive, including this wooden clad building.

On the left is Southgate Library. In the centre is the Post Office. A group of students from the college prepares to cross the road without using the zebra crossing - clearly they aren't 'reading' road safety!

Southgate Delivery Office
According to the royal cypher above the entrance, the delivery office was opened in 1963. It is located on High Street next to Southgate Library and Barnet and Southgate College.
