From an era when style was everything. Plaster, wood, brick, tile and glass are all used to create these streets of attractive housing. You can't help feeling architecture has gone backwards since then, even if there is somewhere to put the car.

Really British, Muswell Hill Broadway
This shop only sells British products and caused a lot of trouble when it opened, with activists trying to get it closed down for perceived racism. Luckily they were ignored and it is still here, doing well and hoping for more elsewhere.
