Rape fields
Much of this square is growing rape which obscures the view somewhat. The large oast house on the right is at Radfield on the A2 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/13601 and has not been used for its original purpose for years. Isle of Sheppey in the distance.

Pollarded Poplars
Not needed as a windbreak since the orchard was uprooted but they don't afford much shade for the sheep in the heat of the day.
