Shiny ploughshares
One of the main things that strikes me at ploughing matches is the changes that have occurred in the equipment over the years. This modern piece of kit will plough five furrows at once and is reversible so the ploughman has no need to make his approach from the same end each time. The ploughshares are made from stainless steel so do not rust.
