Rodmersham Green is about a mile from the village of Rodmersham where the church is located. It is a large green, intersected by small roads with attractive houses around it, especially along the western side.

The near house, Orsett House, is a grade II listed building from about 1830. The next but one, Victoria House, is also grade II listed, dated 1752 with a 19th century extension.
