Warning seen from Bedmonton Lane
"Totally impossible for motors" would be more accurate. The lane from Bedmonton Lane to Bottom Pond Road is marked in yellow on the Ordnance Map but in reality is not a road but more of a muddy track the further along it you go. Any progress is also impeded by fly-tipping.
