River Medway near Wateringbury
The Medway Valley Walk follows the river here between Wateringbury and Nettlestead. The railway is close to the river here as well. At weekends the river is very busy with boats of all kinds, many of them coming from Wateringbury just ahead of here where there are a large number of moorings. The end of the moorings can be seen on the other side of the river.
