This is marked on the map as a place of worship and looks like a Methodist Chapel but, given the name above the door, I doubt it is still used as such. It is certainly used as a community hall.

St Augustine's Church, Painters Forstal
The Anglican Catholic Church of St Augustine was formed in 2005, originally meeting at Canterbury City Cemetery Chapel. In 2017, the building on Eastling Road in Painters Forstal, formerly the Whitehill Methodist Church And Champion Hall, was purchased and the church moved there.

The Alma, Painter's Forstal
The Alma has been a pub since 1837 and was originally known as the Candle House, as the landlord used to light candles so that the hop pickers could find the pub in the dark.
