Highway obstructions.

High?visibility patrols have been carried out to monitor and address highway obstructions. Officers have also reviewed calls to police to identify any further issues and ensure prompt action is taken. We continue to work with partner agencies to resolve ongoing concerns and maintain safer routes for the community.

Road safety issues.

You told us nuisance vehicles were a problem. We carried out targeted operations and high?visibility patrols, stopping vehicles in affected areas.

Fraud.

Messages have been delivered across the area to give residents clear advice on how to spot and prevent fraud. A dedicated fraud?prevention surgery has also been arranged with the Fraud Team, offering further support, guidance and the chance for residents to ask questions directly.

We carried out speed checks in areas highlighted by residents and reviewed reported incidents. No speeding offences were detected, and no further reports of speeding were received during this review period.

Wildlife crime issues.

We carried out patrols in identified locations and shared information with residents on how to recognise and report poaching. One report of poaching was received during this review period.

Fly tipping.

We carried out high-visibility patrols in areas affected by fly-tipping and shared information with residents on how to report incidents. One report of fly-tipping was received during this review period. We also worked with Swale Borough Council on a joint operation to check that business vehicles were meeting legal requirements and to provide advice where needed.
