Bomb damage, Queenborough, Sheppey
There are still many signs of WWII bomb damage in this area like this formerly mid-terrace house which is now an end-of-terrace sporting external chimneys, complete with fireplace openings. The site of the missing house seems to be completely neglected.

Main Road Bridges
The B2007 Main Road in Queenborough heads over the railway to lead to the A249.
The bridge on the left is a metal footbridge over the railway.

Freight siding at Queenborough
There are still several active freight sidings and branches on the Isle of Sheppey (see Image for example) but this one appeared disused except for a solitary wagon.
