Radcliffe Civic Suite
Radcliffe Civic Suite on Thomas Street, which can cater for up to 400 people and is used to host community events, shows and weddings, was opened by the then-Prime Minister Harold Wilson in March 1974. Its closure was announced during the latter half of 2015. It is scheduled to close in April 2016 and will be demolished with the site designated for housing development (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/radcliffe-civic-suite-bury-set-10258622 Manchester Evening News).

Radcliffe Civic Suite (May 2016)
Radcliffe Civic Suite on Thomas Street, shuttered and fenced off, awaiting its demolition in May 2016. The building, which could cater for up to 400 people and was used to host community events, shows and weddings, was opened by the then-Prime Minister Harold Wilson in March 1974. It closed in April 2016 and is to be demolished with the site designated for housing development (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/radcliffe-civic-suite-bury-set-10258622 Manchester Evening News). Radcliffe Civic Suite on Thomas Street, which could cater for up to 400 people and was used to host community events, shows and weddings, was opened by the then-Prime Minister Harold Wilson in March 1974.
