Redvelopment
A perfectly nice 1930s detached house is being replaced by something new, much closer to the road. This will presumably free up the plot for a private rear garden.

Semi-detached splendour
Unlike the larger villas in Manor Drive these two are semi-detached, but still large houses for all that. An unusual feature is the arched "porchway" that gives access to the balcony on each.
One house has retained the original timber balustrade around the balcony, the other has retained the leaded windows.

Buddhist Centre gate
