Metrolink line passing under Kingsway, East Didsbury
Immediately west of the East Didsbury terminus, this branch of the Metrolink light rail system passes under the A34 Kingsway. The bridge visible beyond carries the main line railway between Manchester and Manchester Airport.

East Didsbury Metrolink stop
Built to a pattern used on all the 2010-2013 extensions, East Didsbury's tram stop is situated on the eastern side of the main A34 (Kingsway), the bridge for which is in the background. A car park has been provided to the south of the tram line, but appeared to only be sparsely used when photographed.
