Built to a pattern used on all the 2010-2013 extensions, East Didsbury's tram stop is situated on the eastern side of the main A34 (Kingsway), the bridge for which is in the background. A car park has been provided to the south of the tram line, but appeared to only be sparsely used when photographed.
