Square One
Formerly a parcels depot, the Square One office block on Travis Street has been leased by Network Rail. The 147 bus which terminates here operates at 10 minute intervals during weekdays via Fairfield Street and the universities to the hospitals (Manchester Royal Infirmary, St Mary's, the Eye Hospital and the Children's Hospital)

4 Travis Street, Manchester
A former parcels warehouse (it's adjacent to Piccadilly Station) which has been comprehensively remodelled as offices (by Roger Stephenson Architects for local developers Bruntwood). Ignoring the fatuous rebranding, as Square One (insert your own joke here), it's a job with swagger and verve. Network Rail appeared to have taken a large slice (if not all) of the building.
