A former parcels warehouse (it's adjacent to Piccadilly Station) which has been comprehensively remodelled as offices (by Roger Stephenson Architects for local developers Bruntwood). Ignoring the fatuous rebranding, as Square One (insert your own joke here), it's a job with swagger and verve. Network Rail appeared to have taken a large slice (if not all) of the building.
