45-47 Newton Street, Manchester
Mid/late-C19th warehouse. Fairly utilitarian aside from the vertical grouping of the first- and second-floor windows, between which are moulded panels. Grade II listed.

18 Hilton Street, Manchester
Excellent mid/late-C19th warehouse, although in its reticence it is more Georgian than Victorian. Above a rusticated gritstone ground floor it is almost entirely red brick, with moulded windows grouped vertically in segmental arches. Grade II listed.
Now known as Rutland House, and at least partly occupied by clothing wholesalers, providing a connection of sorts to its likely original purpose.

10 Stevenson Square
The former warehouse is a Grade II listed building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1271452 The ground floor has been home to Reuben Wood hairdressing https://www.reubenwood.co.uk/stevenson-square/ for several years but the upper floors have been vacant. It is now undergoing renovation.
