Excellent mid/late-C19th warehouse, although in its reticence it is more Georgian than Victorian. Above a rusticated gritstone ground floor it is almost entirely red brick, with moulded windows grouped vertically in segmental arches. Grade II listed. Now known as Rutland House, and at least partly occupied by clothing wholesalers, providing a connection of sorts to its likely original purpose.
