Stevenson Square
With Oldham Street closed to buses due to a fire Image there are extra bus services using the square as their Manchester terminus. The roof of the old underground toilets on the right appears to be undergoing repairs. They are used now as a showcase for street artists with works being replaced roughly every three months.

Stevenson Square
You can't catch a bus from Stevenson Square now. With restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic lockdown in force eating inside pubs and restaurants is not allowed. However you are able to gather outside to eat. Almost the whole of Stevenson Square has been covered with table and chairs. As I understand it though you can't just turn up unannounced and find a space. You have book an up-to-two-hours slot and order your meal in advance. Bad luck if you'd booked the day before when it was raining heavily all day.

Ladies' Toilet Stevenson Square
These public toilets have been out of action for many years. The Gents' toilet opposite is similarly out of commission.
