Derelict building in Chapel Allerton
As far as I can gather from local news reports, this was an office building situated behind a building known as Allerton House, which has already been demolished. Planning consent was given for Morrisons supermarket to develop the site but they pulled out and it has lain derelict for some time. I caught this view from a passing bus.

Chapel Allerton, Wensley Avenue
According to the OS benchmark database there is a benchmark cut into the roadside wall on the north side of the avenue. The wall has been shortened giving a wider access to the tennis club, and it is likely the cutmark has been destroyed.
