This refers to the building at the far end of Leslie Terrace, part of a larger complex described on its website as "a 96-bedroom luxury student development built over 4 floors in a gated community". Probably named after a previous church on an adjacent site Image - not the church whose tower is seen in the distance which is the former St Mark's Woodhouse (now an independent evangelical church).
