Lilac Grove Park - open or not?
The sign indicates that the park remains open for exercise (subject to social distancing) in the Covid-19 lockdown, but on this occasion it was locked shut.

The LILAC Community, Victoria Park Avenue, Bramley
LILAC (Low Impact Living Affordable Community) is described as a Co-Housing community, a form of co-operative society with a focus on sustainable living (all the buildings have solar panels on the roof for a start). They sometimes open their communal lounge for wider community events and as a polling station.
