New student building going up, Park Lane
Planning application 19/04278 was for "Demolition of all existing buildings and structures and the erection of a series of inter-linked townhouse blocks (3-6 storeys in height) for student accommodation". We don't have a photo from this Park Lane frontage of the former buildings on this site, which comprised a single-storey building with rooftop car park at this end, and Oak House (office block) beyond, but the rear of them can be seen to the left of Image
