Greenholme Mills, off Great Pasture Lane, Burley in Wharfedale
The mills were established in 1790. They were shown as disused on a map dated 1983, but have now been divided between several small enterprises. The nearest building is listed, Grade II, and is considered to be of the early 19C. The arches are supported on Tuscan columns, now hidden.

Ruin at Greenholme Mill
Sad to see what must have been a very handsome building, fallen into ruins like this. Just two walls are standing, used to screen a couple of old steel containers.

Unfortunately this has been placed too near to the shrubs (or vice versa), which are now overhanging the block.

Greenholme Mills lodge, Great Pasture Lane, Burley in Wharfedale
A large house for a lodge; perhaps it was a manager's house or the mill offices?

Path to Greenholme Mills, Iron Row, Burley in Wharfedale
Iron Row has been severed by the bypass road, but an underpass has been provided for bridleway users. This could spook the horses, so a mounting block has been provided so that they can be led down the path.
