• Act on intelligence and reports of drug dealing within the Windhill and Wrose area, to liaise with specialist key workers and deal positively with offenders.
   
• Address concerns raised by local residents regarding anti-social use of motorcycles and quad bikes. 

• Identified ASB suspect youths brought before a panel of agencies to identify possible issues, solutions and diversionary activities where appropriate.
   
• Regular contact points in place around the area.
   
• Ongoing intelligence gathering around identifying the riders of off-road bikes, quads, and e-bikes. Officers deployed to the area of recent and ongoing sightings.

Bingley Rural Ward Area

• Address the anti-social use of motor vehicles on our rural roads. Police monitoring and enforcement as well as partnership working with local authority regarding street layout and speed restriction. Aiming for sustainable solution.
   
• Reduce residential burglaries, working in conjunction with partner agencies and increasing NHW schemes/community awareness.

• Burglaries in the area publicised on the Community Alert platform with relevant crime prevention advice where appropriate. 

Wharfedale Ward Area

• Address and deal positively with parking issues around the Primary schools at peak times.
   
• Address speeding on the A65 in conjunction with the casualty reduction team, highways for longer term solutions to roads and layouts and utilising our own team skills with SID and Pro-Laser.
   
• Reduce residential burglaries working in conjunction with partner agencies. To providing crime prevention advice in person and via social media. 

• PCSOs allocated to specific schools continue to attend at peak times to address issues with inappropriate and unsafe parking.
   
• Officers continue to carry out Pro-laser speed checks at locations reported to have ongoing issues with excessive speeds.  
   
• Burglaries in the area publicised on the Community Alert platform with relevant crime prevention advice where appropriate. Officers to attend addresses in the area of a burglary to issue crime prevention literature and advice. 

Shipley and Saltaire Ward Areas

• To continue to work together with Business Watch and local partners to tackle shop theft in Shipley town centre.
   
• Address concerns from local residents regarding commercial burglaries in Saltaire. Work with key partners to identify and disrupt local offenders.
   
• Address and deal positively with street level drug dealing in and around Shipley centre, tackle ASB in the town centre and around McDonalds and surrounding businesses. 

• Identified dedicated town centre officers to patrol known shoplifting hotspots.
   
• Two shoplifters identified and arrested.
   
• Officers continue to patrol identified drug dealing and ASB hotspots. 

Bingley Ward Area

• Deal with on-going reports of anti-social behaviour in Myrtle Park and the surrounding residential streets. Work with the community and partners developing and acting on reports and intelligence received.
   
• Reduce retail crime by identifying and bring offenders to justice.
   

• Contact points arranged at the Lego Brick Café, Bingley for 02/10/2025 and Bingley Library to assist in gathering information around ASB issues in the area.
   
• Retail crime hotspots identified and added to the policing plan for the area.

Windhill and Wrose Ward Areas

• Work with the community to deal with reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in the Windhill area and to deal positively with offenders through continued efforts with partner agencies.

• Officers continue to patrol identified drug dealing and ASB hotspots. Two drug dealers arrested for PWITS ( possession with intent to supply ) on Kirkgate and Saltaire Road, Shipley town centre. Both dealers in vehicles, both vehicles seized for road traffic offences, both had no insurance and both dealers were disqualified drivers.

Officers continue to patrol identified hotspots for drug dealing and anti-social behaviour. A number of drug dealers have been arrested for possession with intent to  supply (PWITS). High-visibility patrols remain in place across the town centre, resulting in further arrests and reports for summons for drug-related offences.
