Centenary House being converted
The building on North Street was built as a "public dispensary" in 1904, architects Bedford and Kitson, and is listed grade II (List entry 1375281). See also Image where another contributor gives a more detailed history. It is now being converted, presumably to apartments, with the now almost obligatory "loft" added on top in a contemporary style.

Centenary House, North Street, Leeds (detail)
Built in 1904, architects F Bedford and S Kitson, this distinctive building on North Street was until 1971 a public dispensary (clinic). From 1976 to 2008 home to the Leeds Incorporated Institution for the Blind and the Deaf and Dumb (later Leeds Society for Deaf and Blind People). Briefly used after that by the Yorkshire Spiritualist Association, but at the time of the photo it was being marketed by estate agents as a "refurbishment / redevelopment opportunity". Listed grade 2 (list entry 1375281). For context see Image
