Open Tunnel Mouth on Disused Railway
This is the other end of the tunnel that travels beneath Pudsey from Carlisle Road.The railway linked Bradford Exchange with Leeds Central and closed in the 1960's. From the tunnel the railway passes beneath a bridleway and then crosses Tyersal Beck on a high embankment.

Western Portal of Pudsey Greenside tunnel
The now disused Pudsey Loop railway between Bradford and Leeds passed through this tunnel. The steel barriers have been improved to prevent unauthorised access. For more information on the tunnel see http://www.lostrailwayswestyorkshire.co.uk/Pudsey%20Loop.htm
