Motto on the former Pudsey Grammar School
The school buildings Image have now converted to apartments but the school motto, carved in stone, is still there - "Be just and fear not". The motto is a common one, being among others that of the Borough of Carlisle and the Wakefield and Robson families.

The Grange, Richardshaw Lane, Pudsey
Originally the Pudsey Grammar School (which must have been co-educational as there are separate boys and girls entrances), later a comprehensive school and now converted to apartments. The main building, dating from 1911, is listed grade II (list entry 1214478).
