Victoria Gate construction, Leeds
A large new shopping development to be anchored by John Lewis on Eastgate, Leeds. The development is owned by Hammerson and will include an indoor mall, a large John Lewis and a multi storey car park.

76-88 Vicar Lane, Leeds
Built in a similar vein to several other buildings in the area, of brick and terracotta, with a corner turret topped by a dome, and gabled dormers. The facade is made busier by the terracotta voussoirs above the first-floor windows. Built by G.F. Bowman, c1900. Grade II listed.
