The Lines Way nameboard, Great Preston
The Lines Way is a permissive bridleway that was formerly the garforth - Allerton Bywater railway line. The sign appears to combine the white rose of Yorkshire with a railway wheel. Some signs have WYCR on them, which may stand for West Yorkshire Cycle Route.
