The Swan, Town Hill, Bramham
The pub is a local's drinking place, with no meals served and no TV (in fact it was quietly patronised when I visited, during the 2022 Euro football final). It is recognised by CAMRA as a 'heritage pub' for its 'good old-fashioned character' of three small lounges served by a single bar at the rear.

Descending Town Hill in Bramham
The village is rather unusual for a community on the edge of the Vale of York - mainly because of the hilly nature of the place. The older buildings are constructed of local magnesian limestone, which gives a warm honey coloured hue to the stone work.
