Barker's Tannery, Otley
The part of the complex to the left was home to a 1907 stationary steam engine that was in regular use until the tannery closed in 1988. An amazingly atmospheric works that is very sadly missed. The engine was removed for private preservation and remains in store.

Barker's Tannery, Otley
Amazing time capsule that used a single cylinder steam engine to drive the works until closure in 1988. Sadly missed. The engine was removed for private preservation and the works has now gone.
