Moorfield House, Moortown
A grade II listed property (list entry 1255969) described as originally being "a small country house built before 1822 on a prominent site on the outskirts of the city, probably by a mill owner". It is now a care home.

Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Community Centre, Stonegate Road, Moortown, Leeds
Arnold Ziff (1927-2004) was a Leeds businessman who made a considerable fortune through property development. His company was responsible for building the Merrion Centre in the centre of Leeds, and other developments. He was also a generous philanthropist, and patron of the arts. The community centre was opened recently as a focus for the Jewish community of North Leeds.
