Parkway Hotel by Golden Acre Park
Rear of viewed from the Park. Pleasant mock tudor Hotel which has the Park, and adjoining Adel Dam Nature reserve as Gardens.
Underrated with Golden Acre Park, Adel Dam Nature Reserve and a largely off-road cycle route into Leeds Centre http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meanwood_Valley_Trail

Leeds Mercure Hotel near Adel
The hotel is situated on the main A660 road between Leeds and Otley. The mock Tudor style suggests it was probably built as part of the adjacent Golden Acre Park development when it started as a profit-making venture in the 1930s; it would not be out of place in the "Metroland" of the Home Counties. It was at one time called the Ramada Jarvis Image, and before that the Parkway Hotel (according to a CAMRA guide to Leeds pubs published in 1993).
