Hearing and Balance Centre, Portland Street, Leeds
At the eastern edge of the large Leeds General Infirmary complex. The building is part of the Brotherton Wing, a late art-deco style building opened on 14th November 1940 and the gift of C F R Brotherton (1882-1949).

Victoria Family and Commercial Hotel
On Great George Street. Classic Victorian town centre small hotel, built 1865, principally to cater for people attending the Assize Courts in the Town Hall opposite. Listed Grade II. Still open as a pub/restaurant, although no longer providing accommodation. The building was saved from demolition in 1973 as a result of a public campaign. The building with the bay window beyond was built as a photographer's studio and court premises, Listed Grade II together with the corner building (currently Shenanigan's – http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5628909 ).

The Victoria and Commercial, closed
The pub, originally a hotel built in 1865, is on Great George Street but was one of the business casualties of the Covid-19 pandemic. Image shows it when still open a few years earlier. Listed grade II (list entry 1256223).
