Like some other postwar housing estates in Leeds, the roads on this estates are relatively narrow with passing places that are often used as parking areas by inconsiderate residents.

The property is considerably larger than others on the street, with more extensive grounds, and backs on to the community centre. So I wondered whether it was a social services building, care home or similar, but there's no indication that it is anything other than a private property.
