First woodland daffodil of spring
Of course there have been commercially grown daffodils in the shops for Mothering Sunday, and those in private gardens and council-tended flowerbeds. But this lone clump of daffodils in a bit of urban woodland on the edge of a council estate was a heart-warming moment.

Steps down to Leeds and Bradford Road
One of two sets of steps in a pre-existing woodland probably built along with construction of the Sandford housing estate (also now known as the Broadleas). They are used by residents to access bus stops on the main road, but are beginning to get overgrown.
