Leeds-Wortley Industrial Estate
The building in the photo houses Contract Furniture Solutions. The small industrial estate is built on the site of Florence Road and Florence Place; a comment on a local internet forum suggests one of these was the birthplace of the author Barbara Taylor Bradford (who certainly came from Leeds) but I have not been able to verify this.
