Leeds Dock - rolling spheres (2)
Part of the Leeds Waterfront Art Trail, this is one of two identical bronze figures apparently pushing steel spheres, made by Kevin Atherton in 2007 and inspired by the Greek myth of Sisyphus.

As part of the public response to the Covid-19 pandemic, alternates sides of each tree bench were taped off, with anyone using the remaining sides encouraged to sit at either end, 2 metres apart.

Clarence Dock,Leeds
Clarence Dock development which was built on the site formerly known as New Dock has not been as successful as hoped. The financial crisis has hit the development and only one shop is left open, the others have all closed.
