A new student accommodation complex under construction, Lincoln
Multiple units at the St Marks retail park were demolished to make way for this new student accommodation block, which will house over 1000 students. It appears to be linked with a wider regeneration of the St Marks area.

St Marks Student Accommodation, Lincoln
The under-construction student accommodation development by the University of Lincoln, which will contain approximately 1350 students. The buildings by Tritton road are relatively low, and progressively rise further into the site. As viewed from the University campus and the Rope Walk roundabout, where all tiers are visible, the development looks very dense and highly domineering.

Student accommodation under construction, Lincoln
The student accommodation development at St. Marks, next to Tritton Road. The more I look at this, the more I like the blocks facing Tritton Road (the shorter block on the extreme right), with its blocky relief patterns in the brick and the large reflective windows at each corner... The other blocks are terrible, however.

Newly-constructed student accommodation for the University of Lincoln; about half of the ten blocks have been completed. Between each block is a passage like this one, seemingly with free public access given the lack of perimeter fencing.
