The under-construction student accommodation development by the University of Lincoln, which will contain approximately 1350 students. The buildings by Tritton road are relatively low, and progressively rise further into the site. As viewed from the University campus and the Rope Walk roundabout, where all tiers are visible, the development looks very dense and highly domineering.
