Hot property: development opportunity in Newmarket
All eyes are on this site, which used to be the home of a car sales room, demolished a few years ago. While Louth debates whether it needs a new supermarket, and where it would put it, Sainsbury's have had their Planning Application for this site turned down and have appealed to the government's Planning Inspectorate to get the decision overturned. Meanwhile for the kids it's a skate park, and they'd like to keep it that way.
